We also ensure that our developments are in keeping with their surroundings by incorporatiing vernacular architectrual styles matching the heritage and history of the local environment.
In acquiring land, we have a particularly dynamic and proactive policy that stems from our status as a self-determining independent company. We have no extensive administratively cumbersome approvals system that may hinder many larger national house-builders, so when we wish to acquire sites or land, we can make a rapid, virtually instantaneous purchasing decision - and since we already have funds in place, we always ensure that the site acquisition process is exceptionally speedy and efficient.
