We were attracted to the Dale View development by the quality of the fixtures and fittings, the spacious feel of the light and airy rooms andthe wonderful views over open countryside.After a year here the house has lived up to all our expectations.It feels even more spacious and is very economical in heating terms and has excellent insulation.
A special mention must go to Pinetree Developments excellent sales team, Jan and Linda for all their help during our move.We would certainly recommend this development for its position in the beautiful High Peak area and the excellent facilities locally.

We were looking for an easier lifestyle as we entered retirement and Dale View seemed to offer exactly what we were looking for.Living in the area we had known the site for some time and had always said what a natural it was for sympathetic development, if we had chosen a plot for a private build, we could not better the location.
Having lived in a 200 year old beamed cottage for several years the transition into a brand new modern house was an exciting prospect.Our new Pinetree home is spacious light and airy; the bathrooms & kitchen area are such good quality and we love the convenience of everything.No more DIY and maintenance, it gives us more time to enjoy ourselves.
The sales ream were so helpful and although we had a few minor snags when we took over the new house, these were rectified speedily and without question.The after sales service from the top down could not be faulted and we now have a home we will hopefully enjoy for many years to come.
